HOW TO EXPORT YOUR MIX FOR ONLINE MASTERING
For our Online Mastering service we are going to need your Mix.
The procedure is the same no matter what software you use (ProTools, Cubase, Nuendo, Ableton Live, etc.): you need to export your Mix in .WAV format, without any plugin on the Master Bus (EQ, Compression, Limiter, etc.) and in the same format of you session (eg. 44.100 hz and 24 Bit).
You should try and stay away from the 0dB, ideally you shouldn't get past -6dB, so that we have room to work without losing resolution.
Remember that to get a top quality Online Mastering your Mix has to be as natural as possible, so avoid conversions if not strictly necessary. Dont' worry: we'll do the appropriate conversions in the Mastering.
